Two students per base will be venturing into the unknown as they explore whatβs inside the mystery boxβ¦ Could it be food, drinks, objects, or something else entirely?
Participants will be representing their base, with scores added up throughout the week. The excitement builds as we wait to see who will come out on top β winners will be announced Friday!
Students are invited to dress up as a character from a book to celebrate World Book Day this Thursday 5th March

World Book Day Challenge Update!
Students took part in todayβs mystery box activity, bravely putting their senses of smell, touch, and taste to the test!
They sampled two mystery food items and the debate was on β was it pickled onions or grapes? Bread or pork pie?
Our student representatives did a fantastic job exploring the unknown and earning points for their bases. Scores are building throughout the week⦠who will be crowned the winners next Friday?

The excitement continued today with Day 2 of our Mystery Box challenge!
All groups confidently guessed orange for Box 1 β well done everyone!
But Box 2 caused much more debate⦠Was it a pinball, gumballs, or Maltesers? The suspense had everyone thinking hard and using their senses to figure it out!
Points are continuing to build for each base as the competition heats up. Who will take the lead before winners are announced next Friday?

It was a slightly quieter Mystery Box today, with many students off enjoying exciting trips taking place around the school! ππ
For those who took part, the challenge was just as funβ¦
π₯€ Box 1 contained strawberry milkshake β and it was guessed correctly by everyone! ππ
π« Box 2 caused a chocolatey debateβ¦ was it chocolate cake or chocolate brownie? After receiving a helpful clue, students made the correct final guess β a ration chocolate cake! π
The points are continuing to build for each base, but who will take the lead? Thereβs only one more day left to earn those all-important points before the winners are announced! π

Today marked the final day of our Mystery Box challenge! ππ
π₯« Box 1 contained ketchup β and it was guessed correctly by everyone! π
π€ Box 2 was a real mystery! It felt peanut-shaped and slimy, which sparked lots of discussion and guesses. One suggestion was baked beans, but that wasnβt correct! The mystery certainly kept everyone thinking.
It was also great to see Senior School Staff Instructor, Staff Sergeant D.J. Doble, getting involved and taking part in the activities alongside the students β adding even more fun to the challenge! π
Itβs been a fantastic week of fun, curiosity, and teamwork, with students representing their bases and earning points along the way. Now all thatβs left is to total the scoresβ¦
